RellermeyerPartner was founded in 1997 under the name of "Rellermeyer • Frohn • Salm • Dierkes". In the interim we have grown and now number eight attorneys.
Our core area of competence is Commercial Law and Labour Law. In that field we advise and represent in the main companies and institutions, in particular trading companies, service enterprises, banks and financial institutions, equity investment companies, associations and public corporations. In addition we act as a main focal point for companies and shareholders, company directors and boards of management including members of supervisory boards or advisory bodies. We also advise private individuals in some matters of general civil law - for example inheritance or real estate law.
We owe our success to our endeavour to combine a high standard of advice with personal support to our clients. In the interests of personal advice to our clients and consistent consideration of their interests and concerns we endeavour to avoid any exaggerated over- specialisation
Each of our Attorneys covers several main focal areas (legal fields/sectors). In addition he or she retains competence in general civil and commercial law and in procedural law. Where it is necessary however he or she involves colleagues with other specialisations.
Our fees are assessed as a rule according to time and expenditure based on competitive hourly rates - our clients profiting from our favourable costs structure. We agree the fees structure on accepting the brief.
